Hi, I joined the team in 1994, as a part-time receptionist. Over the years I have worked my way through the ranks from reception to being Ken's PA, salon manager and now general manager.
My job is varied and no two days are the same. I enjoy so many aspects of my role; I love working on business development, working with the team to help them achieve their goals, and of course with our clients.
My job is to make sure your experience is exceptional.

I've worked at Ken Picton's since 2007. I started as a receptionist and have worked my way up to salon manager. I love the variety that my role offers, from meeting and greeting clients to the day to day running of the salon, and each day has different objectives to meet. It's a fantastic enviroment to work in and a great team to work with.

I have been Ken's accountant since 1994. I am responsible for producing the accounts and making sure things run smoothly financially. This is always a challenge with someone like Ken, as he never stands still!
